The HRA calculator tool allows you to examine the data from the 2005 Western New York Health Risks Assessment. If you are interested in raw data, click here to download the raw data request form.

No special software is required. Simply select the variables you are interested in examining from the drop down menus below and press the submit button. A new browser window will open with the requested results. The results can be downloaded as a comma separated file (.csv) which can be opened in Microsoft Excel as well as other spreadsheet and database packages.
